From when and how long is Oktatóterem open?
We are open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What size classrooms are available?
Our smallest room comfortably accommodates 2-3 people, while the largest can accommodate up to 35 people. You can check the exact size and capacity of our rooms on the website, under the menu items for the locations.

How can I pay the rent of the classroom?
You can pay the rental fee by bank transfer against the invoice, or by prior arrangement in cash on the spot on the day of the reservation.

Can I pay by bank card?
You can also pay for the food, soft drinks and coffee/tea available in the buffet with a bank card in the Károly körút training room, but you can only pay the rent of the rooms by cash or bank transfer.

How can I make a reservation?
You can make your reservation in the Classroom reservation menu item on the Oktatoterem.com page or by clicking on the Reservations button of the selected classroom. If you want to make a reservation by email, you can write to info@oktatoterem.hu. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we can only provide information about the classrooms and available times over the phone, you must indicate your reservation by email/message.

Is there a booking calendar?
We do not have a booking calendar. There is a simple reason for this: You know your needs, and we know the rooms, so it is easier if we choose the most suitable classroom for you based on our preliminary needs assessment.

How can I cancel my reservation?
Please inform us of the cancellation of your reservation by email.

How long can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
The reservation can be canceled free of charge within 7 calendar days before the reservation date. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days, unfortunately we cannot refund the booking fee.

Can I book the classroom a little before the booked time?
It is possible to occupy the classroom 15 minutes before the booked time.

How long can we stay in the classroom in the event takes longer?
If you did not fit into the reservation time, you can use the classroom for free for 15 minutes beyond the reservation. Classroom reservations exceeding 15 minutes will be invoiced.

What do I need to bring with me to be able to keep the education?
Practically nothing but yourself, as we provide all necessary basic equipment (flipchart / paper, whiteboard, blackboard felts, free wifi). In addition to these, we can provide you with a projector, laptop, sound system, and even dedicated internet, for which there is a separate fee.

Is the Okatóterem dog-friendly?
We are happy to see well-behaved four-legged pets, but prior consultation is required for their participation in the classes.

Is it possible to organize a music and dance events/courses?
If it doesn't interfere with other education, then yes. Regarding this type of training, prior consultation is required in order to find the classrooms and times that are ideal for you and the other instructors.

Can we bring food into the rooms?
Of course, food and drinks can also be brought into our rooms. What's more, if required, the participants of the training can also use our kitchenettes, where we make the time spent with us more comfortable with a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

Do you have catering services?
As a catering service, we can prepare sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and soft drinks, but we also handle all individual needs. The Dan Haag pizzeria, located within 50 meters of the venue, provides our customers with a lunch menu.

Are coffee and soft drinks available at the locations?
In our classrooms on Károly körút, there is a buffet for the convenience of our tenants. At the other location, we make the time spent with us more comfortable with tea kitchens that can be used by our customers.

Can I pay by card?
From January 1, 2021, at our location on Károly körút, it is possible to pay the rent of the rooms and our other services by card. Only cash payments are still possible at the other two locations.

Are there any storage options?
At both of our locations have lockers, which we provide free of charge to our long-term tenants.

Is it possible to change the date of the reservation or the list of necessary technical devices on the spot?
The date can be changed depending on other bookings. You can change the list of technical equipment on site at any time, and if you need something extra, we will make it available to you.

If the participants arrive earlier, is there a place to wait on the site?
At both of our locations, there is a place for participants in the courses to wait in the corridor or in the foyer.

Is it possible to smoke inside the buildings?
In compliance with the legal obligation, in the case of all ttwo locations, smoking is only possible on the street.

Are the locations air-conditioned?
Currently, only of our venues is air-conditioned: Astoria. Air conditioning installation is in progress at the Opera.

Are the locations accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Our Károly körút location can also be approached by people with mobility impairments without any problems. Unfortunately, the building's features do not allow this at Astoria.

Is it possible to store bicycles?
Unfortunately, there is no suitable place for this in the buildings, it is only possible to place a bicycle in the stairwell, in the foyer of the halls. In this regard, contact us at one of our contacts and we will help you find a solution.

What parking options are there / can I park for free?
It is possible to park in public areas in the immediate vicinity of the locations, or in fenced parking lots operated by some parking companies. It is worth looking for parking spaces in advance on the holparkoljak.hu website, but you can also call our staff and they will help you.

Have you paid attention to the currently valid hygiene regulations?
Our employees constantly monitor and comply with the hygiene regulations, and also draw the attention of the participants in the trainings to their compliance. In the Training Rooms, you will find all the tools (hand sanitizer, wash basin, soap) that are necessary for safe participation in the training.
