In order to provide you with the best room for your
classes, your students and you, we need some information. The more precisely
you provide these, the more we can help you.
After submitting the data sheet, we will try to answer you
as quickly as possible, but in the case of urgent bookings, we advise you to
contact us by phone for faster administration.
Once all the details have been discussed, we will
issue an invoice for your reservation. We can finalize the reservation if the
invoice is settled by the specified deadline.
Conditions for reorganizing and canceling the reservation
It is possible to cancel or modify the reservation 7 calendar days
before the rental date. In such a case, we will help you find
another room or date, or in case of cancellation, we will refund
you the reservation fee and cancel the issued invoice.
If the cancellation or modification takes place within 7 days,
we can only return the rental fee to you if we manage to
find a new tenant for the date and room you reserved.
